Two water wells drilled in Monkoto
To improve the drinking water supply in the city of Monkoto, the Salonga National Park Management Team drilled two water wells between April and May. One is located on the Park Headquarters’ concession, the other in town.
The two wells facilitate the water supply: making long walks to the river to fetch water unnecessarily therefore saving time and energy that can now be used elsewhere.
