Need to make a complaint?

WWF is committed to allowing any individual to safely report, without fear of retaliation, any misconduct by WWF employees, partners or those associated with WWF.

Inappropriate conduct, or misconduct, includes a wide range of personal actions or behaviors in the workplace or in the performance of WWF duties, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, verbal or physical assault, child abuse, abuse of power, theft, fraud, bribery including kickbacks, violation of personal data confidentiality, or any other violation of internal policy that creates legal, financial, or reputational risk to WWF.

It also includes negligence or failure to take action by management that may encourage such conduct.

Misconduct by a WWF employee; employees of a WWF partner or implementing organization; WWF management team, consultants, volunteers and interns must be reported.
In some cases, misconduct that occurs outside of WWF’s operations or workplace, but has a negative impact on WWF’s reputation, may be construed as misconduct under this policy.

Anyone who has experienced or witnessed inappropriate behavior against a WWF or non-WWF member by a WWF employee or contractor should report it. The behavior in question may occur in the WWF office or in the course of WWF activities (e.g., in the field, at meetings, etc.).
