Two water wells drilled in Monkoto

To improve the drinking water supply in the city of Monkoto, the Salonga National Park Management Team drilled two water wells between April and May. One is located on the Park Headquarters’ concession, the other in town.

The two wells facilitate the water provision: making long walks to the river to fetch water unnecessary therefore saving time and energy that can no be used elsewhere.
